What Is Missing
Three facts, and they are all the same fact from different angles.
The board ends at the call
Pipeline runs Enquired, Nurturing, Engaged, Hot, Consult booked. There is no sixth column. A lead who has had the call has no square to stand in.
Nothing is sent afterwards
The Booking Follow Up workflow in ACR is a bare day 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 14, 19 wait skeleton with zero emails in it. Good call or bad call, they go quiet.
Thirty people sit in that gap
They are the most valuable leads in the system, because someone at REVL has already spent half an hour with each of them.
Five Concepts
Every option carries the same nine post call leads, the same form answers, the same email history. Renee is the one who had a call three days ago and has had nothing since: watch what each design does with her.
The Email List
Your spec, built. How many sent, how many clicked, when the last comms was, then the emails themselves with the date each one went and whether they opened it. The call sits in the list where it happened, so a person with nothing under the call marker is a person nobody has written to since.
The names are REVL's own. The first eight are the live drip you have been rebuilding: Your opportunity is ready, the information pack, Our Story. Your Opportunity., Real success your story, The numbers, and the three consultation emails. Everything after the call marker is the designed post call set, which does not exist in ACR yet.
What Is Real And What Is A Placeholder
So nothing here gets mistaken for a decision that has already been made.
- RealThe five post call pools are already designed: Show me the numbers, I am not from fitness, I am comparing options, Prove it works, Where could I open. One dropdown at call wrap up, the engine handles the rest, no new emails needed. Source: nurture-20.md, the post call pools table.
- RealThe email names. The first eight in every list are REVL's live drip, subject for subject: Your opportunity is ready, Your REVL franchise information pack, Our Story. Your Opportunity., Real success your story, The numbers, and the three consultation emails. Everything after the call marker is the designed post call set from the build list, in its actual pool order.
- RealThe post call silence. The ACR follow up workflow genuinely has no emails in it. That is logged in emails/README.md as still open, waiting on your call about what follows a good call, a no show, and someone going quiet.
- PlaceholderThe stage names. Called, Evaluating, Applying, Securing, Signed. They trace to REVL's own five step funnel on the live own-a-revl page, which reads ENQUIRE, APPLY, SECURE, SIGN, LAUNCH, and to the deck's launch path, which reads connect and discover, evaluate and plan, secure, formalise. Those two do not match each other, so the real names are a question for Charlie, not something to guess.
- PlaceholderEvery name and number below the leads. Sample data, same as the live dashboard.
How To Answer
One letter. The email list is settled, it is the same in all five. Whatever wins gets built into the live dashboard on the usual link, and the pre call side stays exactly as you signed it off.
Three things I could not decide for you, in one line each. Does a lead who has had a call keep their engagement score, or does the score stop mattering once someone has actually spoken to them. Does Charlie pick the pool at wrap up, or does the pool get suggested from what they did on the page and he just confirms it. And does anything auto send after a call at all, or does the first email always wait for him to press go.
